Green Tycoon Simulator (For Browser)

Prototype game, winner of the 2021 Climate Jam Powered Up award. Your job is to build low carbon energy sources to power the US. 

The game will end after the year 2100. Your final score is deaths prevented from global warming. 

All numbers and costs (except Research costs) in this game are taken from real values from industry and scientific papers.

You can swap between the solar and wind resource overlays by selecting the solar or wind build options or overlays.

Save often to prevent an undiagnosed crash that occurs on average around every 15 minutes.

NOTE: Recommended Browsers Include: Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Opera, or any other browser with Shared Array Buffer support. This may need to be manually enabled in Safari.
